William T. Mulroy, is Associate Vice President of Assessment and Examinations at The American College. He also is an assistant professor of insurance on the faculty. Bill.mulroy@theamericancollege.edu.
The American College was awarded degree-granting authority from the Pennsylvania Department of Education in 1977 for its two graduate programs: Master of Science in Financial Services (MSFS) and Master of Science in Management (MSM).
